Do you want to be the first to respond when our customers need quick, safe, and qualified help?

As a First Line Technician at Norteam, you will be the first point of contact for end-users at several different customers. You will handle cases, provide initial responses, and perform basic troubleshooting — ensuring that the right issues are escalated in time. The work takes place in our service desk with clear routines, case categorization, and collaboration flows with customers and third parties.

You will have the opportunity to take a place in our internal, highly competent support organization. You will work closely with others in first line and have daily contact with second line, third line, and our management organization. There is a strong collaboration, rapid knowledge transfer, and a culture where everyone helps each other succeed. Your mission

  • Receive cases via phone, email, chat, and case management system, and log, update, prioritize, and escalate as needed.

  • Perform initial troubleshooting within Microsoft 365/Office, account management (e.g., lockouts/MFA), client and software issues, simpler server-related incidents, and outages.

  • Configure and prepare computers with Intune for dispatch to customers.

  • Onboard users and devices in M365.

We believe you

  • Have about 1-3 years of experience from service desk/helpdesk where you have supported various customers from a broad technical perspective.

  • Are a technical generalist with the ability to contribute to many different issues.

  • Are comfortable in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Outlook/Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive) and Entra ID/Azure AD and have practical experience with device management and policies (configuration profiles, compliance, security, updates).

  • Can prioritize smartly, document clearly, and provide a calm, pedagogical response in every contact.

  • Are naturally service-oriented with a sense of quality and speed in dialogue with both our customers and your internal colleagues.

  • Speak and write Swedish and English fluently.

Particularly meritorious

  • Networking: basic troubleshooting of client networks, Wi-Fi/SSID, DNS/DHCP, printers; simpler handling of access points/firewall-related issues.

  • Certifications such as MD-102 or MS-900.

Working hours and weekends

The role is based on regular office hours (08-17), but may also include scheduled weekend work in a rotating setup. It is not every weekend and not every other, but sporadically according to a plan with clear advance notice. Frequency and compensation will be specified in dialogue before employment starts.
